Meal Plan Monday
Every week I create a meal plan for our family and share it right here. It’s real, it’s honest, and it’s got a bit of Midwestern flair to it. Let’s take one more decision off your plate.
Plan once. Relax all week.
Meal planning is my jam because it eliminates decision fatigue. I make the decisions on Monday, so I’m not trying to figure out dinner at 5:00 on a Wednesday while everyone’s asking “what are we having?” My family likes seeing the plan, and my customers tell me they wait for my Monday post before they make their own plan for the week.
My meals are healthy, they’re realistic, and most of them get on the table in 30 minutes or less. Cooking healthy shouldn’t be hard.
Here’s how to use it.
Step 1: Check the plan. A new meal plan goes up every Monday, handwritten by me.
Step 2: Grab the recipes. Every meal links to the full recipe, so you’re not left guessing.
Step 3: Make it work for your crew. I’m gluten-free and one of my daughters is dairy-free, so I include swaps to make each meal work for everybody at your table.
